Well, given everyone's testimony and JBird's wise input (no pun intended, lol), here is what I would advise:
I wouldn't purchase anything from their website (whether you use IExplorer or Firefox) unless you are aware that you may experience a delay in receiving your product. As long as someone can maintain communication with (Matt) and asking about the status of the website problems, we should have a fair idea when and if those technical issues get resolved. I appreciate the business Giantess Comics provides us, as its customers, and I am not boycotting the website. But after more than 2-3 months of website problems that have affected their business output directly, someone over there needs to fix the problem for good. The reason why I don't consider such a tactic as boycotting is because the new comics they upload will still be there if/when the website problems are fixed. They aren't like DVDs or books that eventually go out of print. But the tech team at Giantess Comics needs to resolve their website problems sooner, rather than later. B-)
After all... the customer(s) are always right.
