Well I figure if they're going to go out and show that much detail - guerilla marketing or not in a youtube trailer clip...we can definitely expect significantly more in the final product.
Either way, seeing just that clip on the big screen would be a huge "leap" forward - pardon the pun.
Let's see...got the eyes, tongue, throat, skin....a lot of changes all happening and clearly shown comparatively speaking - in a fully lit room....
