I think the issue I have is that it doesn't sound like a million-dollar film, unless they blew the entire budget on transportation. To put it in perspective, Paranormal Activity had a budget of 15 thousand, and garnered enough attention to spawn two equally crappy sequels, off of a non-existent plotline and fantastic camera work. From what I'm reading, it's the opposite here; it sounds like they had a good story arc, but that the camera effects ruined the suspension of disbelief.
