I've been looking for an old story for about a year now. I'd say it was written prior to 2005, likely even during the 1999-2000 period, when the BEA was still relevant, and many of the old sites were still around.
The concept was fairly simple. In a fantasy-like setting, a woman climbs up a mountain to meet with a witch and ask her to "improve her figure". The witch acquiesce and gives the woman monumental breasts. The woman thanks the witch with hot lesbian sex. The story wasn't very long, but the BE scene was very nicely written and detailed.
It's a long shot, but if anyone knows what I'm taking about...
