There are previews for it already on youtube that shows transformations happening to the ponies. Yeah I know its not "watch X turn into a pony", but this is just as good and there are even rumors of a season 3 episode having Fluttershy turn into a dragon. Technically no process as the only ponies actually transformed are Snips and Snails and The process is female transformation. Twilight "transforms" Applejack and Rarity via smoke bombs and other ponies pretending to be them transformed.
