I just find it funny since it's one of those doujin/size-wish-list things that actually came true. It's odd that her clothes remain intact and the fork changes size when Luffy's ability is capable of doing similar things but it breaks his clothes.
I'm not too sure if she can grow/shrink other people since it is a lot like Luffy's ability and he isn't really capable of making them stretch. Though other fruits like Ivankov's steroid ability and Shiki's levitation ability can be used on other objects and sometimes people.
Best case scenario is there's a reverse ability fruit similar to Law's ability being a slight reverse of Buggy's (Buggy can split himself into different pieces, Law can swap and mess up other people's body orientation). So there could be a canonical character later that can grow/shrink others!
Otherwise, I am really enjoying this filler more than I should thus far.
