Took a good peek at the tumblr feed yesterday and yeah this piece is simply some fanart of the story told at the tumblr, so yeah it is the pony Twilight Sparke who becomes a wolf-pony or a marewolf or watever name they chose to give her. It is a pretty nice piece of fanart though, I like it.
