Re: TMC's Scripts To Clips Contest!

Gentlemen, behold! My beautiful fiancee!

Sorry; I love ATHF'S Dr. Weird.

Okay, script is posted in both a Text and PDF format (the latter is to make reading the script formatting easier).

I will post additional comments momentarily.

Edit: Okay, so we have the contest's first (and thus far only) shrinking-themed script.

I know it's been a while since TMC has done a SW video (2009's "A Little Revenge"), but I was always a fan of that effort and I'd love to see them return to that arena.

As I say in the document, the key with this script was to develop an idea that's not too expensive or too technically challenging for TMC. It's a bit ambitious, but it's completely doable without ANY composting or green screen. All it'll need is some forced camera perspective, clever angles and direction, and lots of baggy clothing.

Best of all, as I outlined, the script is designed to be split into two different videos if it's too expensive to do the whole thing at once. I’ve written it so that either Erin or Andrea's experiences can be viewed on its own without having to watch the other.

Also, I'm sorry for the overly detailed script. I kinda got carried away, I really wanted be as specific and helpful. Plus, there are pieces of dialogue that I would love to hear come out of the mouths of whoever could play Andrea or Erin. As anyone who's read the script can guess, I naturally had the most fun writing Erin's lines.

So, I hope everyone enjoys and that "Drink to Shrink" will have your support in the voting.

Edit # 2: I've deleted the original attachments and re-uploaded it. I realized I missed both a few grammatical errors and direction text left over from an earlier draft (ex. the mini-bottles no longer exist as they were a plot point I ultimately deemed too complicated).

So, everything is essentially the same aside from a few pieces of direction and fixed dialogue.
