I think you probably saw something similar in a movie called Mafia!

It shows a young Lloyd Bridges making a wish sitting next to the girl he likes as a shooting star goes overhead. He closes his eyes and her breasts grow much larger and her nipples grow longer inside her shirt(complete with "boing" sound effect).
