I gotta say. You did well with this little story. It was vivid, well paced, you put a very realistic spin on it without making it overbearing to read. Above all, it drew me in since you found a good balance between background for the character and the events to come, so the focus was maintained well. Despite the painful aspect of her shift, it was still intense and you even managed to make it a little sexy without it being utterly distasteful. You have a knack for this. It's even the kind of thing I'd maybe want to draw someday.
