Not all interest in transformation is fetish in nature. I often just like to see how creative people can get within their special effects budget. I read several books in this series, not just the TF scenes. I'd like to see how closely they follow the books, part of that would include the transformations and the many nude scenes the books contained. It's my hope they at least attempt to stay true to the books and not have this end up a disgrace like that "Blood and Chocolate" movie ended up being. It had absolutely nothing to do with the book, they just tried to cash in on the name. So long as it's not just a loose tie in like that awful movie I think everyone wins.
