I'd like to request Lina Inverse from the Slayers anime series. If you want to make it more than one panel, there's a scene in one of the "Specials" where she's after some magic spring water that makes things grow bigger, but she's stopped from using it.
Maybe you could work off of that?
And since it's her greatest wish to have bigger breasts, maybe you couldoblige her a bit with that as well?
