So I'll ask again: is this a "do as thou wilt" project which ultimately vests liability with the founder, a "disclaimer of all liabilities" project which leaves content creators in murky territory, or a well-founded cooperative of individuals with a proper licence (MIT, GPL, CC/CC-BY, etc.)?
