So the game is the same as the Sex Machine game, but it still has the issues I mentioned before. The idea is very good, but there needs to be a regenerating stamina bar at least, or more balloons that fall down, as it's too reliant on luck whether you can get the girl to finish or not before you either cum yourself or run out of stamina.
