Okay, so this isn't the best BE process in the world and probably one people have seen before and decided not to post. This scene hints that there is BE, through the use of chibi version of the female character. I think there is some difference at the end, but its really open for debate. It could be that I simply love Ryuki Yumi's artwork, which I do, but still! I thought it was worth posting. Yes, there is sex with this Breast Expansion scene.
