If the trailer is any indication then NO the girls will not have pony ears or wings, they will just be oddly colored humans. Also it's easy to miss but Twilight DOES have wings in her natural form, they are hidden by her saddle bags. On a slightly unrelated note am I the ONLY one who noticed as a Alicorn Twilight's cutie mark has 7th star? Now she has a star burst surrounded by 6 stars not 5.
