Like I said Hasbro has unofficially admitted this project is an attempt to compete with the Monster High franchise. Sort of like how in the 80s Jem was their attempt to compete with Barbie, honestly they should have rebooted Jem instead of this project, but My Little Pony is a current big money maker. Half the point of the HUB was to reboot old franchises, why aren't they doing it more?
