Sad to see you retire so soon but I understand your motivation (or lack off).
Apart from RL, most writers vanish due the minor feedback they receive for their works, let's face it, people look for eye candy not for things that need to exercise the imagination.
Personally I prefer nowadays to keep my stuff for myself and a few pals than spend the whole process of writing in vain, see this thread for example, only a few commented about the tale, repeatedly at times but few nonetheless; myself didn't since as good written as the tale was, I don't like full animal TFs so I better let it slip.
Probably happens the same with my tales, only a few read'em at times.
