Despite my lack of information on the series, the game was nice enough to provide just enough dialog between characters to inform players that:
a.) She was one of the "good guys" at some point.
b.) She's died at least twice, possibly within their series' universe.
It's very doubtful that any form of on-screen EC will happen in this game, though you should probably look into it if you have a 3DS and you're looking for something...different to add to your game library. As I said before, there's a demo available now; you can find it in the eShop.
As consolation for everyone else, here's a clip of Ayame Fujieda's EC into "Aya-me" that I stumbled across while I was trying to find more information on the character:

Big list of wiki copypasta just in case. I mostly looked it up because the fact that her name has a hyphen in it bothered me, mostly.
Ayame Fujieda (Good)
Another former member of the Anti-Descended Evil Unit, she works closely as a talent scout for the Imperial Capital Dramatic Troupe. She was responsible for bringing Li Kohran from Shanghai, Maria Tachibana from New York and Iris Châteaubriand from France over to Japan. She is known to speak English, Japanese, French, and Chinese (it is unknown whether it is Mandarin or Cantonese she is speaking). She may also possess a basic understanding of Russian. She did not die in the TV series.
Aya-me (Bad)
Aya-me is the corrupted form of Ayame Fujieda. In this incarnation, she has the appearance of a fallen angel and her name is written as 殺女 ("killing-woman," also pronounced Ayame). Called the strongest Kouma, she is completely loyal to Satan, although a fraction of the original Ayame's personality shines through. Her good side eventually shines through and she rescue Ohgami from death at the cost of her own life if you choose to spare her.[7] She, like her other self, is voiced by Ai Orikasa.
So yeah, two deaths would mean she(and I assume any other evil person) has been reincarnated, and could also mean that they were re-corrupted in the case of the above. So that's something.
