Disney is hit and miss when it comes to good content, yea they've made stinkers and stuff that failed to make money. Heck even Gargoyles is an examples of hit or miss, once the show became critically acclaimed Disney made the terrible decision to move it to a Saturday morning exclusive during a time where networks where cutting back on kids programming(showing the absolute minim require by law). Meaning many markets where the show got good ratings as a syndicated weekday morning show never even got the "Goliath Chronicles". I recall I watched the show syndicated on a local independent network (well owned by the local FOX affiliate), but the local ABC literally cut their Saturday morning line up in 2 showing 4 shows on Saturday 11-12 and 4 others Sunday 4AM-5AM and never showing Power Rangers or Gargoyles at all. Gargoyles was good mostly because Disney let the creators make the show they wanted, Disney originally wanted it to be a comedic series.
Aladdin was a mixed bag when it come to TF, most where throw away gag TFs but some of the TF content was good because the episode plot focused on it. The episode where Jasmine gradually turns into a Naga as a good example of process.
