I don't think it's bad at all. There's a lot of emotion going on in this, with great reactions and heavy breathing it seems. I wouldn't mind if you decided to make this a full 100% transformation clip. You're already on the right track with the animation, so I think now it'd just be a matter of time to finish it and make it perfect with the sound and music effects added in. Good stuff and hope to see more work from you!
