Anyhoo: I think I shouldn't relate animal-girls to different paths. Maybe someone wants a cowgirl warrior but - nope! Cowgirls are White Mages in this world. That would suck.
Cowgirls/Catgirls/etc will be represented as equippable accesories.
However, what we can do is a Cowgirl White-Mage follower, and a Catgirl Black-Mage follower, etc. In the world of the game, having animal ears or human ears is just normal - the differences would just be like the differences in hair color.
For the Catgirl Follower I was thinking something like Blair from Soul Eater. However, if Black-magic is going to be the most perverted of them all, I'd prefer to have a stern, serious character instead. Something like Lisara from that "Boku H Dekinai" or something anime.
Besides that, I'm going to need ideas for attacks and stuff. I want to go with a Materia-like (FFVII) DIY skill-builder, but that might be too ambicious. Instead, pre-defined skills used everywhere seems simpler. So. What skills? For White magic, I was thinking: Milk-giver (heal), Kiss of Lesbos (buff?). For Black Magic: LustPit (stun), Orgasm(Debuffs/Stuns enemies, but heals them. Can also be used on allies). For Strength: Strike (generic attack, scales off Str), Smother (Scales off level AKA Breast size), TsunTsun (defense buff) . For Speed: Grape assault (Nuke), Banggang (Summon ninja clones for more attack+evasion?). Lightning Thrusts (multiple small attacks). I don't know why I get so many rape puns in Speed skills.
