Seeing as LK has shuffled off this mortal...er, forum...it's not gonna happen, Fox. You're very unlikely to get in touch with him and even if you do I can pretty much guarantee he won't give you something for free that is now paid content. Yes, it was free at one point. But imagine it as any other product... For instance, Chik-Fil-A sometimes has a Free Chicken Biscuit event, but you can't go there at a different time and expect a free chicken biscuit.
In short, you missed the window. I'm afraid you're going to have to buy it, or do without.
