Cute monster girl is Any "exotic" being (alien, monster, robot, demon, ghost, etc.) bearing a strong resemblance to a conventionally attractive human female, sometimes when there is no reason for her to appear that way. For example, Nearly every single Touhou (project) character (and there are a lot) is one of these, with Little Bit Beastly individuals rampant, and some of the most horrendous mythological creatures appearing almost indistinguishable to humans.
