Fake/ふぇいく (inner child AP/body modification)
Sorry for the ruckus in the last thread of mine. I ended up finding this by myself. It is called "Fake". Drawn by an artist named "Chimosaku", it is a hentai doujinshi of "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha" series. It features the character Fate Testarossa being physically modified and brainwashed. The brainwashing process however, includes her inner child being raped and physically modified as well.
