In a similar vein, I always liked the idea of breasts being transformed into producing liquids other than milk. Booze, piping hot coffee (not burning her but her breasts getting really warm to the touch) or ice cold soft drinks (breasts cold to the touch, heavy shaking leads to gas expanding and foam escaping from her nipples)
