She's no more lactose intolerant than the rest of us (remember, lactose intolerance is the default and lactase persistence is the adaptation) but isn't consuming any dairy (prior to Friday night) in accordance with a diet as part of training for a fight in January. She thought she could get away with a small amount of dairy on Friday and instead spent Saturday and Sunday bloated and shitty.
