[Mazoku]

The recent comedy anime NouKome has a short bit with the main character in episode 2. The main premise of the show is that the main character is cursed and has to make computer RPG style choices for his real life, usually with the options ranging from bad to terrible.

TG is reversed very quickly, though there's also a very brief glimpse of what the MC's fate would have been if he'd taken the other option after the end credits.
