Thank you both! I'm afraid I got a little behind. I'm 1200 words into chapter 2 and I may release that chapter as a 2000 word thing today just to have it out there. I didn't mean to get behind on this. And, don't worry, this isn't going to turn into some long thing like Layers or the other three series. Just wanted to break up a long-ish short story and see how it works.
