If you mean the comic in the OP, you to know about his original comic. I'll try and give you the short version: In his original comic based in FFXI, Calc is a Mythra (cat-girl) who in self-conscious (due to teasing from her friends and family) of being flat. She tried many times to increase her bust, but never succeeded.
The new series Mr. Perry is doing takes place in FFXIV but has call-backs to the original. In it, Calc is the mother of the new main character. In FFXIV, I guess Squ-enix gave players an in-game item to change their character's appearance. In the comic prior to this one (
http://lvlup.tsunami-art.com/View.aspx?Rec=370) the MC found said item. In the comic posted, Calc gets her hands on it and ... well you see the results. Last panel is with her husband, Erge.
