I'm not sure if that would be the best possible 'reward', honestly. The way I would approach it would be with characters who have become too old or psychologically broken to continue. And considering that bimbos are in the 'low IQ' category, you'd have to strip those heroines of their powers or else they'll royally mess up. Plus, if anyone recognizes the previous superheroine under the bimbo enhancements, everyone would have their hands full trying to cover that up.

Moreover, I don't see how a lifetime of looking like a living sextoy would be any sort of reward.
