Sorry to say, but unless you have content or you plan to make a story-like log of your girlfriend and her daily life as she grows, I don't think there's really much here that can be considered actual content. Possibly fake, actually. Not enough data to make accurate judgement. Some people think she's a man, even. Personally, I wonder what does it take for her to acquire a camera that was made after 2003.
