Not bimbo, but mind control.
In episode 2 of the anime No Game, No Life, the male lead uses the magically-binding consequences of a bet to make a female character fall in love with him. She's aware of what he's done and tries to resist it at times, but she can't help seeing him in a romantic light or stop acting loving.
