Not sure if this has been mentioned before but season 4 of angel has mind control and it happens for a few episodes in a row to I think episode 17 to 21 of season 4. But there was this person called jasmine and who ever seen or heard this person would automatically want to worship her and it happens quite a few times in the episodes.
