He is African - American Man talking mostly about African - American Women also some African - American Men too. But to me his views of most is because he comes from a big city in the South if he came from a small town in the North his views would be a little more correct. Instead of most act in such a way fewer act that way but in bigger cities women act up more often. Point is old time views don't apply that much anymore which is very sad. Main thing to me is follow the Golden Rules aka treat others the way you want to be treated and the World would be a better place.
