First would probably be the chest, watching breasts pull tight and flatten across a rib cage as more nipples poke out through growing hair, or in the case a male becoming female, the opposite, watching breasts grow. I would LOVE to see a live action film where a female's breasts shift down her torso, becoming udders in the process.

My second is probably facial area, watching the nose and upper lip merge as it pushes out of her face, hopefully along with moans becoming yips/howls/meows....whatever species she's becoming.
