Anyway, right after that scene, the girl runs out of the mirror and back into the "real" world. She flails and looks at herself strangely as if something has changed. It looks a bit like her breasts have grown, but I can't tell.
I've always been curious if there was some BE at the start of the film, but I was never sure. Can someone shed some light on whether or not something happens, or at the very least, why she looks down at herself like that?

I don't believe there's anything like that...I need to watch it again anyhoo....there were two male facial changes in the movie since they switched the lead actor twice to compensate for Heath Ledger not being able to complete filming.
