Porn images featuring underage characters are illegal in the US. That link was quite explicit and featured a child. I really doubt anybody would get in trouble JUST for unknowingly clicking on that one link, and I was being somewhat facetious. But yeah, having that kind of material in your web cache can get you sent to jail.
