Can anyone help looking for a TG story where the overlying plot.

about a Guy who finds a strange computer disk in a garage sale, he gets kicked out of his family house for constant sitting at his computer in the basement by his older sister, who take the power cable as well.
He storms off and finds and then sneaks quietly back in and uses the disk which runs a character creator program thinking its a game he creates his ideal woman with odd sensations happening.
A little later his sister hears noises in the basement and investigates to find the brother now a girl at the computer, the sister stunned the now girl is guided to the computer and starts running the program a new.
Latter on the parent s come home and find two unrecognisable girls in explicit positions who just look at the parents.

original story had a single drawn picture of the two staring out.

can't remember where I found it last saw if a few years back.
