The artwork seems not indicates it is a fake card. Based on a site (in Japanese) stated that it indeed came from an official event within the game. The site:-

Quoting a person who rough translated it:-

That images are from the last month event, called Unstring, the hero aka the player visit a town where all the people is transformed into puppets for a magician, every 10 levels of battles shows a cut scene that explains the story.

Seemingly that there are other doll/puppet TFs in that event. Btw, great find about the Angelic Doll card.
