I'm trying to hunt down a fun manga, where a bullied nerd tries to overcome his bully by drinking a muscle-booster drink, and it reacts wierd, gender-changing him and making her stunningly pretty...it then timejumps to how she's now the superior against her bully, and how they form a relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend....
