Eh? What does that have to do with hypersexualization? A campaign that normalizes toplessness in public would probably try to remove the idea that being topless is sexual. Sounds like a nudest campaign to me.

"Hypersexualization" means she WANTS sexual attention. She wants people to fuck her.
