It is a stand-alone program. The bad thing is that it has just the purpose of letting you navigate in other countries... well, and also there is a "navigation quota" of 500MB + 1GB if you tweet them per month. The good thing is that it is very simple to use (on, off, country...). A pleasure for lazy people or simply a bit clumsy to use those ultra sophisticated VPN working stations. So, no IP, no configurations... just navigate
