I just watched it. I actually liked it more for the story and dialogue than the transformations, which were excellent. It reminded me of Lost In Translation. High praise as that's one of my favorite movies of all time.

Seconded. Anyway, no ground-breaking TF, all left in the middle, cut planes, off camera... I thought that this is necessary when you need to squeeze the budget, but I really don't know why I expected more than this. Anyway, as I said, the movie is good and the story interesting, have a try if you can
