I'm almost finished with Lost on netflix, so seeing the actor that played Sayid is awesome.
As far as cross-gender, it seems he only gets the pleasure, pain, and talent/abilities from his "other selves." Does have potential for body-swap though. Perhaps a female level orgasm in a male body, and vice versa.
