Plenty of people talking about my products, none of them bringing this up, while I appreciate what you're trying to do, I don't hear it, they don't mention it, I'm already doing everything you're suggesting, so it still feels like a personal problem.

I guess I was instantly on the defense because when you post publicly about a technical difficulty that might be something wrong with your equipment and not the product itself it effects sales and whether or not potential customers will look into said product. Even a free sample, customers will not want to even listen to it with a post like that. Had I listened and found I was having the same issues on my end, I definitely would have taken any suggestions to fix it, but since I can't and no one else is saying anything, I still have to assume it's your equipment.
