The character was named Maggie Reed. In the show you never actually see her transform. You see her pre-transformation, then later she and her fellow Mutates(the name they are given) as seen a few days post transformation, when she's seen again she's basically "cleaned up" but overall physically the same. The character that we actually see change is Matt Maza AKA Talon (all the male mutates took on pseudonyms Maggie didn't) going from human to wolfmanesque feline to anthro panther. The characters weren't heavily featured, Maggie only being featured twice.

Fox's transformation, never clearly defined as what type of canine it was since it was supposed to be her inner animal self one might assume it was huge fox, Was more predominate, we actually got to see it.

Elsa did indeed become a gargoyle, the look was revamped for Delila a genetically altered Gargoyle Clone of villainess Demona's DNA mixed with Elsa's. But in that same episode off screen all of Manhattan was turned into Gargoyles and Demona being "cursed" to transform to a human during the day, a tf that was seen multiple times.

I can't think of any truely "TF themed" shows but it was featured a lot. One I recall.

Recent i re-watched the series Cybersix on Hulu, the episode Full Moon Fascination features a female werewolf. The episode has a bit with her reverting to her human form. The look of the werewolf is very good, one of the few times we see one that clearly has a bust, and oddly is tailess.

The 90's X-men featured a episode with a version of the Brood, depicted more as humanoid reptiles than insects(though the insect brood are featured a s a generic monster). They try to assimilate the X-men, and Rouge is partly transformed before Wolverine's heal factor is used to reverse the assimilation. Also of course the series featured the mutant Mystique, who did morph transitions when she shape shifted. Another episode featured the 90's lineup of X-Factor, including Wolfsbane a female mutant who's powers mimic lycanthropy.

Teh series X-men Evolution also featured Mystique and Wolfbane as well as Rouge suffering minor transformation effects when she drained Sabertooth.

The 2003 Ninja Turtles featured an episode where April is turned into a demon by a cursed ring as well as the Turtles encountering other mutants underground one of whom they found out was a woman when the mutation was cured.
