I do like the suggestion at the end for you and Maria to move in together to help each other out - that way the listeners keep getting updates on her as well, and you get some idea how small you're going to get.
Perhaps you could go see a doctor for help, but whatever treatment they attempt causes you to occasionally have random spurts of quickly shrinking by a few inches. Then you could have one while making the recording.
