On the male tf question: I wouldn't mind if it had both transforming.
I think the idea of a hetero couple TF'ing directly before or during sex would work, especially if you focus on the woman.
The idea could be that a pair of lovers were bitten by a werewolf, and while they're just sitting back, glad to be alive, a full moon rises, and they start to notice how good the other looks in the moonlight...and smells...
