ok I understand this but where are you getting the information that he's swamped, I mean I can make the same assumptions, but since they don't ever do journals the general public on DA have no real way of actually confirming this, you seem to sound like you've been in contact recently.
I also understand having to wait a few days, but I sent off the note over a week ago with no response and I hate sending more than one message and looking pushy.
